Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ExpertAI, a service operated by AI Launchpad, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website and our mobile and desktop apps (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

ExpertAI provides AI-adoption tools — an AI assistant chat, readiness assessments, a use-case finder, and a roadmap builder — and an optional connection to human domain experts. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Accounts

Some features require an account, which you can create with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer or scrape it except as permitted by law; submit content that infringes others’ rights or violates any law; or attempt to manipulate, overload, or misuse the AI features (including prompt-injection or automated abuse). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate assessments, recommendations, and other outputs. These outputs are provided for general informational purposes only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional advice. For high-stakes decisions — including medical, legal, financial, or similar matters — consult a qualified professional. Our optional human-expert connection facilitates an introduction only; any advice, engagement, or transaction between you and an expert is solely between you and that expert, and we are not a party to it and take no commission.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans (including the Premium subscription and one-time report unlocks) are billed through our third-party payment providers (Stripe, Paystack, or the applicable app store via RevenueCat). Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account or the applicable app store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change on prospective notice.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a licence to process it as needed to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (for example, authentication, payments, email, and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
